Vincent’s path took him from the Culinary Institute of America to kitchens in New York City and Italy. At the Cove, that experience comes to the table in seafood, shared plates, and dinners worth making time for.

Joe, Patrick, and Roz.

Joe Donagher took over Smuggler's Cove with his brother Patrick and sister-in-law Roz standing beside him, three more names on a family ledger that stretches back generations of keeping a bar in Donegal. This branch just happens to sit on a working marina in Greenport, with a rooftop instead of a snug.

The welcome is the part they brought with them. Everything else, the raw bar, the roof, the view, they built once they got here.
